FastPASS contracts
We've created a pre-approved suite of standard agreements to reduce the time and administration associated with research contracting.
FastPASS agreements accelerate the collaboration process, allowing UNSW and partners to start projects and access funds as soon as possible (within one business week, with correct documentation). Although all FastPASS terms are fixed, the IP remains negotiable. All contracts are managed and tracked using Bench.

ALL pre-approved agreement clauses are non-negotiable. Please review the agreement templates below with your Industry Partner to make sure the terms are suitable.
If your agreement requires changes to the pre-approved terms or negotiation, please engage our team to discuss negotiated contracting.
