Ahmed Osama Mahgoub is a Ph.D. student at the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. He is a member of the flow noise group (FNG). Ahmed Mahgoub obtained his Bachelor's degree from Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2013 and his Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in Italy in 2018.

His Ph.D. research is about investigating the interaction of complex turbulent inflows with airfoil sections.

Location
Room 408 Ainsworth Building (J17) Kensington Campus

I am a member of the flow noise group at UNSW and currently doing my Ph.D. in investigating the interaction of complex turbulent inflow with airfoil sections. My research interests include:

  • Turbulent flows
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics
  • Experimental fluid dynamics (PIV)
  • Unsteady Aerodynamics
