In August 2022, I commenced as Project Manager for ACTUP-PNG, a DFAT Centre for Health Security-funded project working to improve HIV detection, treatment and drug resistance surveillance in Papua New Guinea. I have extensive experience in laboratory-based (virology) research, infectious disease surveillance and public health program management, most recently working in project management roles for CREs in emerging infectious diseases and pandemic preparedness and as an Infectious Disease Surveillance Officer with the Murrumbidgee and Southern NSW Public Health Unit. I am a UNSW Alumni having completed my undergrad and PhD in the School of Medical Sciences.
