Dr Kate Purcell is a Research Fellow in the Law of the Sea. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Cambridge (Yorke Prize), a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford (Distinction), and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW (First Class Honours, University Medal). Her recent publications include a monograph on Geographical Change and the Law of the Sea, which was published by Oxford University Press in 2019.
