Dr Qianyu Ye

Dr Qianyu Ye is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She received her PhD degree from Monash University in 2021. Her research focuses on spray drying and characterisation of functional food powders, micro/nano-encapsulation for targeted nutrient/drug release, ultrasonic synthesis, and in vitro human digestion systems.
