Dr Teagan Mock
I am an Education-Focused Lecturer in the School of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences, where I convene large first-year courses. My teaching and research focus on inclusive curriculum design and the development of accessible, engaging learning experiences for diverse student cohorts in large-scale, in-person and online university settings.
I am also Co-Lead of the Designing Online Learning Interactions (DOLI) Community of Practice at UNSW, where I support collaboration and the sharing of innovative approaches to online and blended learning.

My PhD research focused on evolutionary biology. My current research focuses on inclusive and accessible teaching practices in higher education, particularly Universal Design for Learning (UDL), assessment accessibility, student engagement, and the development of scalable learning experiences for large and diverse student cohorts. My current projects investigate the impact of accessible assessment design on student confidence, assessment literacy, and learning experiences in undergraduate bioscience courses.
