Why choose this degree?

The MBAX (Policy Leadership) will enable executives, managers, and leaders to develop the knowledge and attributes needed for senior public administration roles. It will also provide development for public service executives and policy managers, or who wish to improve their effectiveness and leadership skills.

This includes building its professionalism and expertise, architecting future-oriented data and digital infrastructures, streamlining government organisations, and nurturing collaborative partnerships needed to resolve society-wide problems.

This specialisation will help current and future public sector leaders develop the capability to design and deliver robust policy, underpin policy by strong analysis and decision making, lead in complex and disrupted environments; and guide policy through multi-level and multiple stakeholder sectors.
