The Marketing Analytics Symposium – Sydney (MASS), supported by the University of New South Wales Business School, is the only and most important marketing analytics event in Australia in 2022.

“MASS is a unique symposium bringing together industry and academic leaders in marketing analytics”, says Professor Harald van Heerde, S.H.A.R.P. Professor of Marketing and Chair of MASS. “It is the largest gathering of marketing analytics pioneers in the Southern Hemisphere in 2022.”

Kicking off the program is keynote speaker Professor Eric Bradlow, the K.P. Chao Professor, Professor of Marketing, Vice Dean of Analytics at Wharton, Chairperson of Wharton Marketing Department. Bradlow has more than 25 years of experience in marketing analytics. He will share his journey of becoming a “Professional Data Chaser” and his “data dreams” for the next 25 years.

“It will be the first time top US Marketing Analytics Professor and Wharton Vice Dean of Analytics, Eric Bradlow will address an Australian business audience” added Professor of Practice Nicolas Chu and co-chair of MASS. “It will also be a first for Jim Oliver, Global Chief Analytics Officer of eBay” he added.

MASS 2022 will feature an unparalleled line-up of keynote and guest speakers: Jim Oliver, Chief Analytics Officer of eBay, Jeremy Nicholas, CMO of Telstra, Koen Pauwels, Principal Research Scientist, Amazon, Rochelle Tognetti, CMO of Deloitte Australia, Michael Apte, Vice President Integration Program, Global Strategic Marketing of Cochlear and more.

Keynote presentations, a fireside chat and a series of moderated panel discussions and workshops will focus on addressing the techniques, challenges, and emerging applications of marketing analytics, such as campaign effectiveness, marketing during a crisis, neuromarketing, customer acquisition and data strategy in a privacy-first world.
