    • Total protein and/or DNA concentration:  BCA (Bicinchoninic Acid) Assay, Bradford Assay, Qubit, A280, A260
    • specific protein concentration: ELISA, UV-Vis Spectroscopy
    • Virus Like Particle concentration: Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA):  Nanosight NS300
