An accessible venue

If there are limitations associated with your venue, there are always solutions to implement and communicate with attendees before an event. 

 

Getting there / transport and parking

UNSW CBD Campus is Located at 1 O’Connell St, Sydney (Level 6 and 7).

Because of limited accessibility parking and street parking at the CBD Campus, we recommend public transport. Guests attending the campus can be dropped directly in front of the entrance on O’Connell St and use the elevators to access Level 6 for the main reception.

The CBD Campus is easily accessible via public transport. There is a light rail stop at Circular Quay and train stations at both Circular Quay Wynyard which are within a 5-minute walk. Call the Transport Infoline on 131 500 or visit Transport NSW.

Public parking (paid) can be found on various locations close to the campus.

Assisted listening

If you require a connection to a hearing loop in a venue managed by Hospitality, please contact UNSW Hospitality to confirm the equipment is working ahead of your event. There are venues and event spaces on campus that do not have hearing assistive technology available, these spaces are typically small rooms where voice amplification is not required. If an attendee has this requirement, additional equipment can be hired.
