Supporting UNSW
The Office of Assurance and Integrity partners with Faculties and Divisions across the UNSW community to support effective decision making and provide expert advice. We work collaboratively to strengthen systems, processes and governance practices that help the University deliver on the Progress for All strategy.
Led by the Chief Assurance and Legal Officer, Clair Hodge, the Office brings together specialist expertise to build a safe, ethical and well‑governed University community.
How we can help
Conduct & Integrity: Serious complaints, academic and research misconduct, and wrongdoing.
Governance and Records & Archives: Policies, records, archives and decision‑making support.
Health & Safety: Support a healthy and safe workplace through guidance, risk frameworks, and on-ground advisory support.
Risk: Support to identify, monitor and mitigate risks across the University.
International Engagement and National Security: Support staff to manage risks associated with international partnerships and research collaborations.

Case IQ
UNSW’s secure case management system for reporting and managing complaints and investigations at the University.
UNSW GRC
UNSW’s Governance, Risk and Compliance system designed to integrate assurance functions across the University, enabling more effective management and reporting of risk, compliance and internal audit activities.
Leah
Leah is UNSW’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, designed to simplify and streamline the management of third-party agreements.
Salus
UNSW’s digital enterprise safety management system for managing hazards, incidents, inspections, corrective actions and assessing safety risks to prevent and respond to both physical and psychological injuries.

UNSW’s chemical procurement and inventory management system, supporting chemical sourcing, purchasing, tracking and disposal.
ChemAlert
UNSW’s chemical information system for accessing safety data sheets, SDS Authoring and chemical labels.
