- Fraudulent documents
The Student Fee Policy and Student Fee Procedure outline the University's principles for setting, calculating, charging and refunding student fees.
These documents apply to:
- All enrolled students of UNSW on all campuses, both domestic and International
- Students previously enrolled, not currently enrolled and students on program leave, where the relevant fee liability was incurred while enrolled or is directly related to their enrolment.
UNSW Bengaluru is committed to ensuring the integrity of our degrees. We oppose any activity related to the creation of fraudulent documents or any false representation of studies.
While privacy laws prevent us from discussing any individual student cases or investigations, we treat every accusation of fraudulent documentation and false representation with the utmost seriousness and review each case carefully.
If a student is found to have submitted fraudulent documentation, their record will be suspended while the matter is investigated and an outcome is decided. No tuition fees or deposits will be refunded during the investigation process.
Providing fraudulent documentation may result in consequences that include expulsion, refusal to allow admission and legal action.
Where fraudulent documentation has been submitted as part of an admission application and is subsequently excluded, no refund will be provided unless fees have been paid in advance for a study period that has not commenced.
