Ivy League House provides secure, premium and catered student accommodation for UNSW Bengaluru students, with a scheduled shuttle service to campus.

Ivy League House has set aside a dedicated section of the property exclusively for UNSW Bengaluru students, allowing you to live and study alongside your university peers.

A scheduled daily shuttle service is provided at designated times, with one pickup and one drop-off each day.
Rooms and apartment facilities
You will live in premium three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment accommodates six students in total, with two students sharing each bedroom.
Each apartment has a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. Wi-Fi access is available in each apartment and common areas.
You will be assigned to gender-segregated apartments, meaning male and female students living in separate apartments.
Dining and apartment services
The accommodation fee includes a nutritious dining plan, providing healthy meals every day, including:
- Breakfast and dinner on weekdays, and
Breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner on weekends.
The accommodation also provides regular professional housekeeping and hassle-free student laundry services.
Amenities and neighbourhood
You can enjoy full access to a range of on-site recreational amenities, including a fully equipped gym and an interactive gaming area.
The accommodation is conveniently located near everyday services and facilities:
- Cafés, restaurants, a bus stop, convenience stores and pharmacies within 1km
- A hospital within approximately 1.5km
- A major shopping mall and a hypermarket within 2.5km
- A metro station within 3km
Safety and supervision
Ivy League House provides a safe and secure living environment for students, with comprehensive security measures around the residential areas, including:
An around-the-clock security team is on site, supported by 24/7 surveillance cameras across the residential areas.
Secure access control systems are in place for resident entry.
Dedicated male and female resident wardens manage gender-segregated floors.
Female security staff are assigned to the floors where female students live, providing dedicated support and supervision.
Fees
For students living at the Ivy League House (NR Greenwoods) from August 2026 to July 2027, the cost is ₹30,000 per bed per month, inclusive of GST.
A refundable security deposit of ₹100,000 is also required.
Fees for future terms beyond July 2027 will be revised and published in due course.
