Our team supports effective planning, informed decision making, and performance monitoring across the University.
Here’s how we help:
University Annual Plan
We lead the development and implementation of all components of the Integrated Planning Process to produce the University Annual Plan. We work closely with faculties and divisions to ensure alignment with the University's strategy. Our planning framework enables alignment of university, faculty, and divisional level operational plans and translates strategic priorities into actionable goals.
University KPIs and other performance metrics
We lead the development and implementation of the University’s performance framework including Council and Leadership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This also includes other qualitative and quantitative measures of progress. We develop dashboards and other models that track performance, provide visibility into progress, analyse key trends and opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
We also provide strategic direction in the identification and development of opportunities in performance and growth. This is done through the development of evidence-based strategic insights, benchmarking services, competitive positioning and opportunities assessment to improve functional and organisational performance.
Faculty performance dashboard
We deliver customised performance dashboards for faculties, offering insights into academic, research and operational performance. These dashboards empower leaders to drive improvement and meet strategic targets.
