About us

Professor Wen Hu is a professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering. Much of his research career has focused on novel applications, low-power communications, security, signal processing and machine learning Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) and Internet of Things (IoT).

Professor Flora Salim is the inaugural CISCO Chair of Digital Transport, UNSW Sydney. Her recent research focus includes self-supervised learning, ML for multimodal time-series, explainable AI, fair ML, with specific applications on mobility data science and personalised recommender systems for smart cities/buildings/transport/energy, smart environments, and intelligent task assistants.

Senior BDM Craig Peden works within Knowledge Exchange, Division of Research and Enterprise to drive the development of Industry and Academic collaborations at UNSW. Knowledge Exchange focuses on scaling innovation and showcasing UNSW’s capabilities to create real-world impact. 

Industry Engagement Manager Briseida Tran actively seeks opportunities to deliver positive impact, experiences and learnings between academia and Industry.
