Description

With over 20 years of experience in protein purification, the Recombinant Products Facility team can assist in developing a tailored, multi-step purification strategy for your protein or biologic. Our services include:

Process Development
Expertise in downstream process development to optimise purification workflows.  We access a wide range of chromatography chemistries (affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic, mixed mode, size exclusion) and chromatography support (resins/membranes/ monoliths) from a variety of suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for your product / process.

In-Process Analytics
Access to a broad range of analytical methods for in-process control during development to ensure process performance is optimal and quality attributes consistent.

Custom Column Packing for Scale-Up
Columns ranging from 5 mL to 5 L can be packed on demand with your chosen resin. We offer a variety of columns and resins for screening, polishing, and larger-scale purification.

Applications

  • Diagnostics
  • Therapeutics
  • Drug screening
  • Biomaterials
  • Synthetic Biology

Buffer Exchange

Essential between certain chromatography steps, the RPF team is skilled in dialysis and ultrafiltration, utilising both centrifugation and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF).

Filtration

Used to remove aggregates that could damage chromatography media or for your final product, both filtration and depth filtration are available at the RPF.
