Weekly rates are for 2026 and are expected to change.
Due to major renovations occuring at Jacaranda Hall, the contract period offered is only for Term 1 (from 4 February 2026 to 15 May 2026). If you do apply, you will need to arrange for alternative housing arrangements for Term 2 and Term 3.
Please refer to the room chart above for more detailed information. Note: The premium deluxe studio includes an accessible bathroom. Residents living in a multi-share standard apartment will have their own bedroom (with same-gender roommates).
