  1. Contract period is 40 weeks. Single-term contracts are currently not available due to high occupancy numbers, please contact office for more details.
  2. Weekly rates are for 2024 and are expected to change each year. Rates shown are for full-year contracts only.

A fortnightly clean is offered at the accommodation; this clean is for the common areas only. The accommodation is a large shared house, with shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen. Linen is not provided, students are asked to bring their own linen. The house is fully furnished including kitchen equipment. Meal options will be available for weekday evening meals, plus the on-campus café will be open during weekdays. Residents are to provide all consumables for the shared house.
