Annular plumes
Understanding bushfire plumes.
Description:
Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) will be used to characterise plumes rising from an annular heat source. The behaviour of the plumes will be investigated over a large parameter space spanning the size of the annulus, and the plume Reynolds number.
