Overview

Ethical leadership is not simply about leaders doing the ‘right thing’. Leaders must be able to recognize and mitigate the factors that can increase the risk of ethical failures at the individual, group and organisational level. This course is designed to give leaders key insights and skills in this regard.

This course is designed to provide learners with a foundational understanding of the central ethical challenges faced by leaders. Throughout the course, learners will be provided with a set of ethical tools and concepts to enable them to navigate these and other ethical challenges arising in the context of leading teams.

Drawing on the neuroscience behind Dual Process Theory, learners will, firstly, be trained in the use of Ethical Decision Making (EDM) models designed to address complex ethical factors.
