Following the acceptance, Defence personnel who make changes to approved studies must notify both UNSW (ADFA) at Student Administrative Services and the Defence Delegate via an AE148 Change to Approved Studies for ADFA-PG, DASS, RLDSF and Studybank Approvals web form prior to the university Census date.

Withdrawal must be completed by the university Census date. These dates can be found at Key dates.

Please Note: If students withdraw after these dates or fail to inform Defence and UNSW Canberra, Defence will still be financially liable for the approved unit/s of study.
