Our UNSW Law & Justice alumni community comprises over 19,000 alumni all over the world.

We’re a vibrant community that aims to offer excellent networking opportunities in Australia and around the globe. UNSW Law & Justice boasts proud graduates who have reached senior positions in a diverse range of sectors, including the legal, business, government and non-government professions in Australia and internationally.

Speak

We’re always keen to talk with alumni who have an interesting story to share at our events – these include student orientations, welcome sessions and panel events. So if you’re keen to speak about your time at UNSW and your career journey, please get in touch with your Law & Justice alumni team.

Mentor

Across our diverse and far-reaching global alumni community, we know there is a shared interest in mentoring and professional development. UNSW Alumni Connect packages this into one online destination, facilitating 1:1 video mentoring. By joining this UNSW exclusive group and setting up your profile, you will be able to seamlessly network, connect and tap into the expertise of your fellow alumni from around the world. The integrated user experience, with an in-built booking function and high-quality video conferencing technology, means you never need to leave the platform. Connecting with your peers has never been so easy.

The student Law Society calls on interested UNSW Law & Justice alumni to volunteer their time as mentors throughout the year. The commitment required by each mentor varies and is determined by the mentors and mentees.

Volunteer as a solicitor

The Kingsford Legal Centre (KLC) seeks volunteer solicitors to assist in evening advice sessions held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

As the KLC is a community legal centre providing free advice and referral to assist residents in the local area, volunteering your time can be tremendously rewarding.
