Andrew Lynch

Andrew Lynch - Dean

Professor Andrew Lynch is the Dean of the UNSW Faculty of Law & Justice. He has previously served as Head of School and Deputy Dean. He teaches and researches in the field of Australian constitutional law. His research concentrates on the topics of federalism, judicial dissent, judicial appointments reform, and legal responses to terrorism.

Michael Handler - Acting Deputy Dean (Education)

Michael is a Professor in the Faculty of Law & Justice and the former Head of the School of Private and Commercial Law (2021-24). He researches in the field of intellectual property law, focusing in particular on national and international trade mark law, the international regulation of geographical indications of origin, and copyright law.
