Student Legal Education Group (SLEG)

The Student Legal Education Group (SLEG) is a non-profit, non-government organisation that was founded by passionate UNSW Law students and is dedicated to equipping disadvantaged members of the community with the knowledge to understand, engage with and access the law.  

For over 40 years, SLEG have partnered with UNSW Law & Justice to deliver engaging workshops on Criminal Law, Police Powers, Consent & Sexting, Cyberbullying and Employment Law. Through these workshops, SLEG seeks to educate and empower school students, as well as local and regional community groups, with the knowledge to understand, engage with and access the law in a practical context.
