Career Discovery Mentoring Program
Our Career Discovery Mentoring Program connects UNSW students from their second year of study with established industry professionals, providing students with a significant opportunity to discover potential career paths and vocational futures, and develop a mentoring relationship that facilitates greater self-awareness of skills, knowledge, experiences and attributes.
Career Explorer Program
Our program will help you to navigate your employability journey with a dedicated careers coach providing expert guidance. Explore opportunities that consider your values, experiences and motivations to discover a career pathway that will energise you.

Innovator Pro Program
The Innovation Learning Program (Innovator Pro) supports the development of graduate capabilities through a three-tier structure; working on an innovation project, participating in industry delivered workshops, and direct access to industry mentorship.
Leadership Foundations
Leadership Foundations is our AHEGS accredited leadership development program, which is available to all UNSW students. Students will develop core leadership, personal and professional skills, which can be applied in a range of different contexts.
Professional Development Program
Explicitly designed for international students, the Professional Development Program covers workplace communication skills, recruitment tips, employer expectations, and provides international students the opportunity to participate in group consulting projects hosted by various units across UNSW.
Tyree Global Leadership Program
A scholarship to support high achieving women in engineering. Ten scholarships will be awarded to successful applicants who demonstrate high academic achievement and leadership qualities.
