Multi-sensory experiences in virtual space
Virtual and augmented reality is a growing area of technology where we can create, design and/or enhance the environment. This research focuses on understanding multi-sensory experiences such as vection (illusory self-motion in depth), cybersickness and patterns of sway using head-mounted displays in people with healthy eyes or vision impairment.
The aim of this research is to explore sensory limits and investigate and predict behavioural patterns in a safe environment. For more information, please contact Dr Juno Kim or Wilson Luu.
