The Schmidt Group makes up part of the Molecular photonics laboratories at UNSW.
We perform research into fundamental aspects of molecular spectroscopy, with applications in renewable energy, medicine, atmospheric and interstellar chemistry.

Since January 2017, the Schmidt Group has participated in the UNSW node of the ARC Centre of Excellence in Exciton Science.
