Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

UNSW 2019 Mardi Gras parade

The UNSW’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and initiatives goal is to create an equal environment for all students and staff to enable them to reach their full potential.

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion working group has been developed by UNSW Science with the aim to reduce barriers that impede EDI via initiatives beneficial to staff and students.

The UNSW’s 2025 Strategy offers direction and leadership with the objective to enhance the EDI culture at UNSW and to promote an equitable workplace for all staff and students.
