Reach out to any of the support services below, especially if you are struggling or distressed
We recognise many within our community are finding the ongoing loss of life and suffering in the Middle East distressing.
International crises can be deeply upsetting, regardless of where we are in the world and whether we have a personal connection to the event.
We encourage you to seek support if you or your friends are struggling, or if you notice others in our community feeling distressed, anxious, depressed, isolated or helpless.
Please report any incidences of racism, discrimination, islamophobia or anti-semitism through SpeakUp or to Anti-Discrimination NSW.
