This project is for the Australian Government Department of Veterans’ Affairs and Department of Defence. SPRC is working with the Sax Institute and Époque Consulting to prepare a study design framework for a long-term study to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation arrangements under the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 for current and ex-service Australian Defence Force members and their families.

The project was informed by programme documentation review, a small literature review and consultation with experts and other key informants. The project was jointly led by Professor Bruce Armstrong (Sax Institute) and Professor Ilan Katz (Social Policy Research Centre).
