I am a full-time PhD candidate at the School of Physics, with a focus on theoretical condensed matter physics and quantum computing. I previously completed a Masters in Quantum Technology at the University of Queensland. My current research focuses on understanding error mechanisms in future Majorana qubits using both numerical and analytical methods.
Project: Leakage and Quasiparticle Poisoning in Majorana Qubits
Supervised by: Prof Susan Coppersmith
Project Description: My current work focuses on understanding quasiparticle poisoning and leakage in Majorana qubits. I use analytical techniques and numerical tools, including the covariance matrix method.
