ADA Student Experience Ambassador
Build your professional skills, expand your network, and make a measurable impact on the student experience as an ADA Student Ambassador.
About the Role: Ambassadors play a key role in supporting the ADA student experience. You'll be a friendly face to help students connect with the faculty, build a sense of belonging, and navigate uni with confidence. You'll support student life, outreach, onboarding and transition, and co-curricular activities.
Will I be paid for my time? Yes! This is a paid, casual position with a base rate of $47.82 per hour. The hours are highly flexible and can be adjusted to fit your study schedule. If you have other casual opportunities at UNSW, you are welcome to apply. This role does not have regular hours, but there will be various shift opportunities advertised throughout the year as they become available.
Requirements
- Applicants must be enrolled in a program within the Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture
- Have at least one year (three terms) remaining in their degree.
- Students must be in an undergraduate program or master's by coursework.
- Attend one in-person training session on either 28 January or 2 February 2027 and be fully available throughout T1 O-Week 2027.
Experience in customer service, events, or student engagement (such as involvement in clubs and societies, volunteering, or similar casual roles) is a bonus
