UNSW Science is committed to ensuring educational access and success for all. The Gateway Admission Pathway is UNSW’s primary pathway for students who are traditionally underrepresented at UNSW and in higher education more broadly.

The Gateway student stories project is a collaborative effort between the UNSW Science EDI Team, current Science students, and ARC. We'd like to offer a special thank you to Tiera Boogaard and Thomas Bell for their support in developing this initiative.

Gateway Admission Pathway

Are you a Year 12 student who attends a Gateway school, lives in a low-socioeconomic area or identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander? If so, you might be eligible to apply for the Gateway Admission Pathway, which can offer you reduced ATAR requirements and the potential for an early offer.
