Research internships with UNSW Science during your undergraduate program is a great way to explore research as a potential career path. Research internships involve a short theoretical or experimental research project supervised by an academic staff member.
Available to eligible undergraduate science students undertaking any science major or specialisation. The Faculty of Science research internship courses (SCIF2041 & SCIF3041), involve a short theoretical or experimental research project supervised by an academic staff member.
Undergraduate science RIL courses are also available at the School level and are tailored for specific science programs, majors or specialisations.
For six weeks over the summer holidays, UNSW Science offers Summer Vacation Research scholarships to talented undergraduate science students.
