Abstract:
This talk deals with an elementary introduction to quivers, particularly those based on the extended Dynkin diagrams ~A_n, ~D_n, ~E_6, ~E_7 and ~E_8. It covers constructions rather than proofs. The inspiration comes from representation theory.
