Sharp estimates for the Möbius function with coprimality restrictions

Abstract

 In this talk, I will present some explicit estimates for the partial sums  $m_q(x) = \sum_{j <= x, (j,q) = 1} \mu(j)/j$ of the Möbius function. Our method mixes theory and computer-assisted proofs. The exposition will be elementary and accessible to graduate students.
