myPLAN

Plan your studies and track your progress for graduation in real-time

myPlan is a free online progression checker and study planner tool for UNSW students that will help you to create a full academic plan for the remainder of your studies. You will be able to access information on course pre-requisites, historical term offerings and bookmark courses for later, all in one place.

UNSW Science Progression Plans are created to help students follow the requirements for their Science degree programs from 2025 - 2025. From 2025 students can use myPlan to track their own progression!

The below are for Science single programs. If you are a dual degree student, you will need to use the single degree plans, with the Handbook, and the external faculty progression plans to map out the degree.

To start planning, select the year you commenced the degree, and then the degree name. 

As program rules occasionally change, make sure you select the template from the year in which you commenced your Science degree, and always refer to the UNSW Handbook from that year.

If your degree is not listed or something is incorrect, please contact the Nucleus: Student Hub.

Want to declare your Major?

Log on to myUNSW, go to My Student Profile and select the Specialisation Declaration link.
