This project contributed to the evaluation of the Community Justice Program (CJP) conducted by NSW Treasury. The CJP has been operating since 2007 and provides accommodation and other support services for those offenders released from prison who have an intellectual disability. There are four models of service provision, which vary in intensity. The CJP aims to support offenders to increase life skills and independence and reduce reoffending.

SPRC coded the qualitative data (interviews and focus groups) collected during the evaluation using Nvivo software, analysed the data and wrote the process evaluation sections of the report.
