Locally conformal Kähler structures on Lie groups

Abstract: 

During this talk I will recall some basic definitions involved in the notion of locally conformal Kähler (LCK) manifolds (complex structure, symplectic form, Kähler metric, etc.). I'll focus on LCK structures on solvmanifolds, compact quotients $\Gamma\backslash G$, where G is a solvable Lie group, and $\Gamma$ a co-compact discrete subgroup.

We will see some examples, recent results and open problems in this topic. This is based on joint works with Adrián Andrada (UNC-CONICET, Argentina).
