Abstract
A tradition of the annual (Covid permitting) West Coast Number Theory Conference, going back to 1969, is the problem session. Participants present
problems they would like to see solved, and discuss them (and, occasionally solve one or two on the spot). For some years now I have had the job of editing the problems and sending them to the conference organizer, to be posted on the conference website,
