As part of the course evaluation the teaching evaluation is part of that survey. This form is to be used if you wish for your Tutorial/Labs to be evaluated.
If you are the "sole lecturer of a course" then you cannot request an evaluation of a tutorial as this is achieved at lecture level.
There is a strict deadline of 5pm on Thursday 24th March (week 6).
