Carolyn Yesse Ngowi is an associate lecturer at UNSW Business School, where she attained her PhD. Her research examines the impact of coopetition and structures of interfirm networks on organizational performance, knowledge management, and alliance officers' wellbeing. More broadly, Carolyn's research interests fall under B2B marketing, corporate strategic management, and organizational behavior. With academic experience across three continents (Africa, Europe, and Australia), Carolyn continually aspires to contribute her research and pedagogical skills towards addressing global grand challenges.
