The fast-paced, high-energy world of start-ups is a great environment to accelerate your enterprise career skills (and have a bit of fun along the way).

Accelerate your enterprise skills with COMM5008, a unique course that partners with companies from Sydney’s start-up and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) industries.

In this course you will work in small teams of 4 to 5 students to deliver a project for a given company. In conjunction with the project work COMM5008 involves industry-led workshops, and at least 60 hours in-company for a real-world work experience. Student teams are expected to work from their company offices for at least one day per week from Weeks 3 - 10.

This for-credit course (6UoC) is an opportunity to put your university learnings into practice, learn from some of Sydney’s true innovators, and put your unique strengths, insights and perspective to the test and work as part of a student team.

This course has limited capacity and is offered in Terms 1, 2 and 3. Please note that you must be based in Sydney to do this course.
