  • Illumina Single Cell 3' RNA Prep is a scalable and flexible solution that delivers high-performance results without the need for microfluidic instruments.

    This innovative assay significantly increases cell throughput and enables the detection of rare cell types.

    Service includes: Automated cell counting-> cDNA synthesis and barcoding, library prep, QC and sequencing.
    Starting material: Fresh/fixed single-cell/nuclei, including human, mouse and other species.
    Range of kit sizes: 2K-100K cells

  • Parse Biosciences- Evercode™ WT, based on split-pool combinatorial barcoding features a flexible, scalable, and high-quality solution for single-cell 3’ whole transcriptome (WT) studies.

    This microfluidic-free assay is compatible with DSP-methanol fixed cells or nuclei and supports batching and storage of samples for up to 6 months prior to processing all samples together.

    Service includes: cDNA synthesis and barcoding, library prep, QC and sequencing.
