Our professional engineering workshops have a wide range of capabilities tailored to meet the precision needs of a world-class research institute. Our staff includes highly experienced machinists and toolmakers with an eye for detail and a talent for creative solutions to tricky problems.

Our capabilities include:

  • Consultation and full design service to prepare service requests for manufacture
  • High precision multi-axis CNC milling and turning
  • Manual milling and turning
  • Sheet metal fabrication including CNC folding and metal laser cutting
  • EDM wirecut and hole drilling
  • Welding: GMAW, GTAW and spot welding
  • CNC routing
  • Surface grinding
  • Additive manufacturing including FDM and SLA printing
