Ben Willis

Qualified mechanical engineer and trade-certified mechanic with extensive experience in-industry and throughout engineering laboratories at UNSW.

Ben is an expert at mechanical engineering design and design for manufacture, with specialist experience in advanced manufacturing methods and experimental prototyping. Always happy to help you get your thing done, whatever it may be!

Subash Puthanveetil

Subash brings over 30 years of experience in engineering and advanced manufacturing, including 17 years at UNSW. He currently serves as Design & Fabrication Consultant for the Faculty of Engineering, UNSW Sydney.

His expertise spans precision manufacturing, CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, fabrication and prototyping. Subash is passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting students and staff across the faculty with design and fabrication solutions. Prior to UNSW, he worked extensively in industry across Australia, India, and Malaysia, and taught part-time at TAFE NSW.
