Empowering Consumers Through AI-Powered Energy Literacy Tool:

This project addresses low energy literacy and digital exclusion among culturally and linguistically diverse communities by creating a user-informed platform that combines scenario-based learning, AI-driven energy tips, and inclusive design. It builds on early co-design workshops and prototype testing and will scale development through pilot evaluations and stakeholder engagement. The tool supports government and industry efforts to improve energy equity and contributes to TDS’s mission by demonstrating how co-designed AI can build trust and empower communities in public service contexts.
