This project addresses the gap in implementing verifiable credentials (VCs) within Australia’s Digital ID ecosystem. It explores privacy-preserving technologies like zero-knowledge proofs and semantic architectures to verify identity with minimal data disclosure. Through stakeholder engagement, knowledge graph design, and proof-of-concept development, the project aims to build a secure, interoperable, and user-centric digital identity framework.
